Welcome to the Vintage Heights Homeowners Association! Thank you for joining our shared mission of a beautiful and safe neighborhood for our families and loved ones. Here at Vintage heights, we seek to foster community and be good stewards of the land while also maintaining property values for our future. We are so glad to have you here with us and would love to share some of our favorite neighborhood features and activities for you to enjoy as you settle into your new home.
Vintage Heights is responsible for 40 acres of common green spaces in this small but robust area. Head to Mendoza Park for a family picnic and try out the outdoor gym built in partnership with the city. Pay a visit to our substantial pollinator greenway and take in the wide variety of native plants and trees— be sure to keep an eye out for informational signage from the Nebraska University Arboretum! Stroll along the footpaths and bike trails and take in a stunning Nebraska sunset atop the common green that runs between Old Cheney and Forest Glen.
We also love to host events throughout the year! Join us for our annual Garage sale weekend in June. Come on down to the Independence Day Festival and Bike Parade! Also, it is never too early to prepare for our Halloween and Holiday Decor competitions.
The HOA Board of Directors meets every month and we are always available via email to assist in finding the proper authorities for issues that may arise. Thank you again for choosing Vintage Heights, we are happy to have you!
